Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: $12.95 or free for orders over $99.

Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate.
Orders containing a Liquid Fragrance Diffuser or Room and Linen Spray are not eligible for Free or Express Shipping and will be shipped via Direct Freight.

Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate.
Orders containing Room and Linen Sprays or Liquid Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for Express Shipping.

How long does Standard Shipping take?

Circa aims to dispatch orders within two business days, with estimated delivery timeframes from the dispatch date as follows:

  • NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days
  • QLD & VIC: 3-5 business days
  • SA: 4-6 business days
  • TAS: 5-6 business days
  • NT: 7-10 business days
  • WA: 7-11 business days

Note: Orders containing Fragrance Diffusers or Room and Linen Spray may need an extra day for delivery due to Direct Freight. Ensure your delivery address is accurate—Circa allows 1 redelivery attempt. If unsuccessful, you’ll be contacted for a new address or a refund minus the delivery fee. Direct Freight deliveries don't require a signature upon arrival. We don't ship via Direct Freight to certain postcodes - See FAQs for details.

How long does Express Shipping take?

Like Standard Shipping, Circa aims to dispatch Express orders within two business days. Delivery timeframes are:

  • NSW & ACT: 1-2 business days
  • QLD, SA, VIC & TAS: 2-3 business days
  • NT: 3-4 business days
  • WA: 3-5 business days

Note: Express Shipping is not available for Liquid Fragrance Diffusers, Room and Linen Sprays, or EDPs over 5mL.

How do I track my delivery?

You'll receive an email with tracking details once your item has been shipped. For support, reach out to help@circa.com.au. If you haven’t received tracking information, check your junk or spam folder.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia from our Australian website. If you're in New Zealand, use the country selector in the footer to choose the correct site for local shipping.
