How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping: $12.95 or free for orders over $75.
Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate.
Orders containing a Liquid Fragrance Diffuser or Room and Linen Spray are not eligible for Free or Express Shipping and will be shipped via Direct Freight.
Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate.
Orders containing EDPs over 5mL, Room and Linen Sprays or Liquid Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for Express Shipping.
How long does Standard Shipping take?
Circa aims to dispatch orders within two business days. Delivery timeframes below are calculated from the dispatch date.

How do I track my delivery?
You will receive an email with tracking details once your item has been shipped. For extra support, contact help@circa.com.au. If you have not received this, make sure you check your junk or spam inbox.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia from our Australian website. If you are in New Zealand use the country selector in the footer to select the correct site for local shipping.
I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Email help@circa.com.au for inquiries.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
