Absolutely! CIRCA is proudly Australian owned, designed, and made. For the few products that aren’t made here; like our Liquidless Diffuser Set and Scent Stems, they’re still designed right here by our local Aussie team. So even when they’re made elsewhere, the Aussie spirit is always part of the package.

Yes, all of our candles are hand-poured in Sydney by a large team of dedicated candle makers. In our commitment to producing the highest quality candles our operations have certainly evolved over time, but hand-pouring remains a key part of our production process.

Our products are not tested on animals, are free from Parabens, PEGS and contain no animal by-products, and can be considered 'vegan-friendly'.

We aim to ensure all of our candles are as long-lasting as possible however burn times do vary based on a variety of factors including candle maintenance (whether wicks are being properly trimmed and centered), the length of each continuous burn time (a longer burn that results in a deeper melted wax pool has the tendency to evaporate faster), candle placement (air-conditioned and drafty areas may affect burn times) and the age of the candle. To get the most out of your candles we always advise that you follow the enclosed burning instructions.

A 250ml CIRCA Fragrance Diffuser will last, once opened, up to three months, delivering continuous scent. Environmental factors, such as direct sunlight and breezes, and also the frequency you flip your reeds, may impact the life of your Fragrance Diffuser. For best performance we encourage you to refer to the enclosed care instruction received with your Fragrance Diffuser.

CIRCA Soy Wax Candles are handmade in Australia using a high-quality soy wax blend, fragrant oils and lead-free cotton wicks.

CIRCA Candles, Diffusers, Hand Wash, Hand Lotions, Room & Linen Sprays are made in Australia. CIRCA Scent Stems are made in PRC.

If you burn for less than one hour the wax may not be melted all the way to the outside of the candle. Once this happens the candle can form a pattern of tunneling which leaves unmelted wax around the edges, may reduce the overall fragrance throw and eventually may drown the wicks so the candle will not stay alight. If you burn for longer than four hours, the candle wick will become quite long and may fall onto the side of the vessel, or heat the vessel.

The new Hand Wash and Hand Lotion bottles have been designed with a slimmer, more elegant shape to elevate your sink or basin and that means they don’t fit in the old tray.

Although we do not offer a dedicated gift wrapping service at present, all of our thoughtfully designed products are already beautifully packaged. Add a personalised message to your recipient during checkout (free of charge) and we will include your gift note with your parcel. Rest assured, we do not include invoices, packing lists or additional paperwork when we pack your order, so it is beautifully presented and ready to gift.
