What are the ingredients in Fragrance Diffusers?

Australian made with only three ingredients – high quality fragrance oils, alcohol and water, for a pure fragrance release through natural fibre rattan reeds that is even and consistent.

How long will a CIRCA diffuser last?

A 250ml CIRCA Diffuser will last, once opened, up to three months. Environmental factors, such as direct sunlight and breezes, and also the frequency you flip your reeds, may impact the life of your Fragrance Diffuser. For best performance we encourage you to refer to the enclosed care instruction received with your Fragrance Diffuser.

Where are CIRCA products made?

CIRCA Candles, Diffusers, Hand Wash, Hand Lotions, Room & Linen Sprays are made in Australia. CIRCA Scent Stems are made in PRC.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Although we do not offer a dedicated gift wrapping service at present, all of our thoughtfully designed products are already beautifully packaged. Add a personalised message to your recipient during checkout (free of charge) and we will include your gift note with your parcel. Rest assured, we do not include invoices, packing lists or additional paperwork when we pack your order, so it is beautifully presented and ready to gift.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: $12.95 or free for orders over $75 (product exclusions apply).

Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate.
Orders containing a Liquid Fragrance Diffuser are not eligible for Free Shipping and will be shipped via Direct Freight. Please note that we are unable to deliver these products to some remote destinations. Please see our Shipping & Returns info page for a list of postcode exclusions.

Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate.
Express Shipping is available for all orders, with the exception of those containing excluded products. Orders containing Liquid Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for Express Shipping.
