Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days after receiving to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at help@circa.com.au to begin the return process. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original one and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us at help@circa.com.au.
