Delivery Information 

Standard Shipping: $12.95 or free for orders over $75 (product exclusions apply).

    Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate.
    Orders containing a Liquid Fragrance Diffuser or Room and Linen Spray are not eligible for Free Shipping and will be shipped using a specialist service via Direct Freight. Please note that we are unable to deliver these products to some remote destinations. Please see below for postcode exclusions. 

    Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate.
    Express Shipping is available for all orders with the exception of those containing excluded products. Orders containing Room and Linen Sprays or Liquid Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for Express Shipping.

    During regular trade, all orders placed prior to 9.30am on weekdays (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same day. Please note: During peak promotional periods this may take up to 5 business days.

    Delivery timeframes below are a guide only and calculated from the dispatch date.

    Please note:

    • Orders containing Fragrance Diffusers or Room and Linen Spray may experience an additional day for delivery due to specialist service via Direct Freight.
    • Orders via Direct Freight do not require a signature on arrival.
    • Please ensure your address is accurate and accessible for our delivery partners. If parcel cannot be delivered, our policy allows 1 x redelivery attempt. If still  unsuccessful, you will be contacted for either a new address or a refund less delivery fee.

    RETURNS

    Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Email help@circa.com.au for inquiries.
