Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Email help@circa.com.au for inquiries.

We currently ship within Australia from our Australian website. If you are in New Zealand use the country selector at the top of the page to select the correct site for local shipping.

During regular trade, for orders placed before 9.30am on weekdays, orders will ship same day. Please note: During peak promotional periods this may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery timeframes below are calculated from the dispatch date.

Estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping per state:
NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days.

- Orders containing Fragrance Diffusers or Room and Linen Spray may experience an additional day for delivery due to specialist shipping service via Direct Freight.
- Orders via Direct Freight do not require a signature on arrival.
- Please ensure your address is accurate and accessible for our delivery partners. In the instance of a failed delivery, our policy allows for 1 x redelivery attempt. If delivery is still unsuccessful, you will be contacted for either a new address or a refund less the delivery fee.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 or free for orders over $75 (product exclusions apply).

Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate.
Orders containing a Liquid Fragrance Diffuser are not eligible for Free Shipping and will be shipped via Direct Freight. Please note that we are unable to deliver these products to some remote destinations. Please see our Shipping & Returns info page for a list of postcode exclusions.

Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate.
Express Shipping is available for all orders, with the exception of those containing excluded products. Orders containing Liquid Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for Express Shipping.
