Standard Shipping: $12.95 or free for orders over $75 (product exclusions apply).

Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate.
Orders containing a Liquid Fragrance Diffuser are not eligible for Free Shipping and will be shipped via Direct Freight. Please note that we are unable to deliver these products to some remote destinations. Please see our Shipping & Returns info page for a list of postcode exclusions.

Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate.
Express Shipping is available for all orders, with the exception of those containing excluded products. Orders containing Liquid Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for Express Shipping.

During regular trade, for orders placed before 9.30am on weekdays, orders will ship same day. Please note: During peak promotional periods this may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery timeframes below are calculated from the dispatch date.

Estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping per state:
NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days.
QLD & VIC: 3-5 business days.
SA: 4-6 business days.
