In celebration of the launch of our Kitchen Alchemy™ Collection and partnership with OzHarvest, on Thursday 5th September we invited 20 guests to the Sydney OzHarvest headquarters to enjoy a night of Cooking for a Cause PLUS. The guests had a wonderful time, with many laughs along the way, transforming rescued food into restaurant-quality meals followed by dinner.
The two hour cooking session was led by OzHarvest chefs, teaching practical cooking tips and educating everyone about food wastage, food security and homelessness in Australia. Together we cooked a total of 160 meals, ready for the OzHarvest team to deliver to people in need.

Cauliflower & Chickpea Salad
Harissa, Cumin & Preserved Lemon Chicken
Caramel Apple Dumplings & House-made Ice-Cream
Each guest left with a personalised wooden spoon, Kitchen Alchemy™ Wild Mint & White Tea Soy Candle, apron and recipe booklet, along with the knowledge they’ve made a real difference to someone somewhere.
